In most major metros, yes. Same-day service is available for requests placed before noon. Next-day is available almost everywhere. For large commercial jobs, we typically schedule 2-3 days out to bring the right crew and equipment.

What can't you take?

Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos), medical waste, and anything requiring specialized disposal permits. Everything else — including appliances, mattresses, electronics, and construction debris — we handle.

Do you recycle or just dump everything?

We sort everything post-pickup. Usable furniture and goods go to partner charities. Metals, electronics, and cardboard are recycled. Only non-recyclable waste goes to landfill. You receive a summary showing the breakdown.

Do I need to be there during pickup?

For most jobs, yes — someone needs to be present to approve the quote and provide access. For commercial accounts with ongoing service, we can arrange unattended pickups with pre-authorized access and pricing.

Yes. Our crews are equipped for heavy items. Pianos, safes, hot tubs, exercise equipment, appliances — all fair game. For extremely heavy or awkward items, let us know in advance so we bring the right equipment.

What about donation receipts?

How many crew members come?

Standard jobs get a 2-person crew. Large commercial cleanouts may have 4-6 people and multiple trucks. We scale the crew to the job so it gets done in the timeframe you need.
