Volume-based — how much space items take in our truck. We quote exact prices onsite before starting. Most residential jobs: $200-$800. Commercial cleanouts quoted by project scope.

Can you come same-day?

In most major metros, yes for requests before noon. Next-day available almost everywhere. Large commercial jobs typically scheduled 2-3 days out.

What can't you take?

Accepted Answer

Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos) and medical waste require specialized disposal. Everything else — including appliances, mattresses, and electronics — we handle.

Question 4

Do you recycle or just dump everything?

Accepted Answer

We sort everything post-pickup. Usable items go to charity. Metals, electronics, and cardboard are recycled. Only non-recyclable material goes to landfill. You get a diversion summary.

Question 5

Do I need to be there?

Someone needs to be present to approve the quote and provide access. For ongoing commercial accounts, unattended pickups with pre-authorized access and pricing are available.

Can you handle heavy items?

Yes — pianos, safes, hot tubs, commercial appliances, exercise equipment. For extremely heavy items, let us know in advance.

Do you provide donation receipts?

Yes. Items donated through our charity partners come with a receipt with estimated value for tax deductions.

How many people come?

Standard: 2-person crew. Large commercial cleanouts: 4-6 people with multiple trucks. We scale to the job.
